BIXPO 2018 gathered 282 businesses and 80 thousand visitors. A total number of 205 export meetings were held and 16 billion dollar export contracts and 21 MOUs were signed during the BIXPO 2018. At the MOU signing ceremony in which overseas buyers were invited to promote Korean SME exports, sum of 15 million dollars export contracts were signed between Korean SMEs and 20 buyers from ten countries.
 
 
 
2018 Fail Expo

Under the slogan Overcoming Failure to Face New Challenges, the first Fail Expo organized by the Ministry of Interior and Safety was held at Gwanghwamun Plaza in Seoul with the aim of changing perceptions of failure and helping people find a way to overcome obstacles by sharing their experiences of failure. Around 50 thousand people participated and the Expo contributed to the shift in social perception of failure.
 
 
 
Environment creation and exhibition creation of 2018 Gwangju Biennale

The work, Imagined Borders, was realized by the participation of 163 artists from 42 countries. Eleven curators, through seven of their exhibitions, speak of the boundaries which are becoming more complex and certain in an unperceived way among politics, economy, emotions, and generations, the boundaries which deviate from the existing geopolitical boundaries,
 
 
 
BCWW 2018 (Broadcast Worldwide)

BCWW 2018, Asia¡¯s largest media and broadcast content market was held under the slogan, Discover the infinite potential of content. Events like BCWW FOFORMATS and BCWW NewCon were also held as part of the program. About 12,000 participants gathered from around the world to showcase the present and the future of the industry as well as new media based content such as OTT and web.
